I moved to Colorado at the age of 9 and never left. I love to visit other places but Colorado is home.
God got ahold of my life after college and He has never let go. While I was raised in the Catholic church, which started me on a path of fearing God, but I always felt something was missing. It wasn’t until my first husband introduced me to a personal relationship with Christ that I truly began to understand God’s grace.
Marriage and motherhood only deepened my love for the Lord. For over 20 years, I had the joy of being a stay-at-home mom, homeschooling our children and growing in my passion to know God more intimately.
In late December of 2021 my life turned upside down, my first husband passed away suddenly and I found myself looked toward a future that was a blank slate. But God, in His faithfulness, wasn’t finished writing my story. In His goodness, He led me into a new season of life and love.
Jim and I were married in November of 2022 and it has been a privilege to be his second wife and to join him in make Jesus famous here in Elizabeth, Colorado. I’m so thankful for how God continues to redeem, restore, and lead us forward in His perfect timing.
When I am not helping Jim with Redemption Valley Church, you can find me tutoring high school math, discipling women, being a grandma, pretending to garden and be crafty and keeping track of our combined 8 kids and multiple grandkids.
