Despite the rising cost of living, I often say, \u201cI love Colorado more than my money.\u201d I\u2019ve traveled the world, but my heart is always drawn back to Elizabeth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For seven years, my family and I lived in Vietnam, in a city of nine million people. During that time, we helped establish ministries in the North and served at an international church in the South. Living in a communist country taught us countless valuable lessons\u2014ones that shaped our faith and deepened our purpose.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We returned to the U.S. when my wife became ill. I pastored for the next seven years, walking alongside others even as I faced the personal loss of my wife. In November 2022, I married Leda. Together, we have a profound awareness of how precious life is, and we cherish every day God gives us.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Over the years, I\u2019ve been captivated by the beauty and mission of Jesus\u2019 church.
