I grew up in Colorado, and this beautiful state is in my blood. Despite the rising cost of living, I often say, “I love Colorado more than my money.” I’ve traveled the world, but my heart is always drawn back to Elizabeth.
For seven years, my family and I lived in Vietnam, in a city of nine million people. During that time, we helped establish ministries in the North and served at an international church in the South. Living in a communist country taught us countless valuable lessons—ones that shaped our faith and deepened our purpose.
We returned to the U.S. when my wife became ill. I pastored for the next seven years, walking alongside others even as I faced the personal loss of my wife. In November 2022, I married Leda. Together, we have a profound awareness of how precious life is, and we cherish every day God gives us.
Over the years, I’ve been captivated by the beauty and mission of Jesus’ church. It brings me great joy to be part of planting a new church—a gift from God meant to bring hope and transformation to both individuals and the wider community.
